下載、安裝或使用 Animal Push Fun／動物推推樂（以下稱「本遊戲」），即表示你同意本條款。
1. 帳號與雲端進度
你應妥善保護裝置與登入憑證，不得出售、轉讓或共用帳號。顯示姓名必須唯一，不得冒充官方、騷擾他人或包含違法內容。 我們可為安全、作弊、濫用或違法行為暫停帳號。刪除帳號會永久移除雲端進度與相關虛擬內容，無法復原。
2. 虛擬金幣與遊戲內容
金幣、動物、獎勵、權益及其他虛擬內容只供本遊戲使用，沒有現金或現實世界價值，不得兌現、交易或提領。 本遊戲是街機娛樂遊戲，不提供真錢賭博或現實獎品。遊戲機率、難度與經濟可能為公平與服務健康合理調整。
購買與付費道具
- 金幣包：一次性消耗型商品，伺服器確認 Google Play 收據後才會發獎。
- 30 日月卡：一次購買提供 30 天權益；有效期間每天可主動領取 200 金幣，未領取的日份不保證補發，且不會自動續訂。
- 永久免廣告卡：可在「廣告領幣」時略過影片播放並直接申請同一份獎勵；每日次數、伺服器驗證與獎勵上限不變。
價格與適用稅額以 Google Play 結帳畫面為準。購買不會提高獎孔機率、技能強度或保證獲獎。 退款與付款爭議依 Google Play 政策及適用消費者保護法處理。未經伺服器驗證、重複、撤銷或退款的交易不會發獎。
3. 服務與離線狀態
核心遊戲可在暫時無網路時繼續，但雲端同步、排行榜、廣告獎勵、購買驗證及權益領取可能暫停。 我們不保證服務永不中斷；維護、裝置故障、清除資料或未完成同步可能影響進度。
4. 公平使用與智慧財產
不得竄改程式、偽造收據、操控網路請求、利用漏洞、自動化遊玩、繞過安全機制或散布傷害服務的工具。 程式、設計、品牌與原創內容屬 PawPusher Studio 或授權人所有；第三方素材依各自授權使用。
5. 免責、責任與條款變更
在法律允許範圍內，本遊戲按「現況」提供，我們不對間接、附帶、特殊或衍生損失負責； 但本條款不排除法律不得排除的消費者權利或責任。我們可因功能、法律或安全需求更新條款並標示新生效日。 本條款依台灣適用法律解釋，不限制你所在地的強制性消費者保護。

By downloading, installing, or using Animal Push Fun (the “Game”), you agree to these Terms.
Accounts and virtual content
Protect your device and credentials. Do not sell, transfer, impersonate, cheat, forge receipts, automate play, exploit bugs, or bypass security. Coins, animals, rewards, and entitlements have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, traded, or withdrawn. Deleting an account permanently removes its cloud progress and virtual content.
Paid items
- Coin packs are consumables granted only after server verification of a Google Play purchase.
- The 30-day pass is a non-renewing purchase with one manual 200-coin claim per active day; missed days are not guaranteed to accrue.
- The lifetime ad-free card skips video playback for rewarded-coin claims; the same daily count, verification, and reward caps still apply.
Google Play shows the controlling price and tax. Purchases do not improve bonus-hole odds, skill strength, or guarantee a win. Refunds and payment disputes follow Google Play rules and applicable consumer law.
Availability and liability
Core play may continue offline, while cloud, ranking, ad reward, purchase verification, and entitlement claims may pause. The Game is provided “as is” to the extent the law permits. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights. These Terms are interpreted under applicable Taiwan law without limiting mandatory protections where you live.
