進度不同步
先保持網路連線並回到首頁。若出現衝突，依畫面摘要選擇雲端版本；本機副本會先保留。
購買未發獎
不要重複付款。重新開啟遊戲並連線，未確認交易會自動恢復；仍未收到再聯絡客服。
廣告未給獎
必須完整播放並收到伺服器確認；網路中斷時不會先發幣，請稍後重試。
更改廣告選擇
若所在地適用，前往「更多 → 廣告隱私選項」重新管理 UMP 同意。
刪除帳號與資料
App 內前往「更多 → 刪除帳號與資料」。若無法登入或已解除安裝，可寄送刪除申請， 提供唯一顯示姓名與大約最後遊玩日期。詳細刪除範圍與保留例外請見隱私權政策的刪除章節。

Cloud conflict
Review the in-Game summaries and choose the cloud copy. The displaced local copy is retained as a bounded safety backup.

Use More → Delete account & data, or email us if the Game is unavailable.
